My name is Ricki. I have a three-year-old daughter, Zoe, and a part-time job (very part-time) teaching Hebrew School. In this blog, you will find one of two things most of the time – information about cute things Zoe is up to, or musings on various topics that run through my head. Enjoy!

I stumbled upon your blog while reading reviews of the Price of Privilege. I have a 13 year old daughter. I am relieved to know that there is another mother in the world with the same ideas as me. I can’t get anyone to address these issues at my daughters school, especially the moms. They do not want to know!
I enjoyed your writing. Our sense of humor is similar. Have you written anything about being Jewish and raising children. I would love to read about your perspective. The ex wife of the man I am dating is Jewish and his children are being raised Jewish. I find the topic so interesting. When I first met his children, I wanted to make sure that I didn’t prepare any food that they didn’t eat. Their favorite food is bacon?!? But they don’t eat it at home?
Thanks…
